Our Cancellation Policy

Hair FX Salon & Spa implemented a cancellation policy effective November 1, 2019. First, we want to start this topic by thanking our longtime guests, without your support we would not be able to stand behind this policy.

Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our cancellation policy is made to protect our guests and our stylists.

Also, did you know in the cosmetology industry, most stylists earn their income solely by commission? This means if your stylist does not have an appointment in their chair, they are not earning a guaranteed salary. Your time is as valuable as ours, and while emergencies do come up, we know you’ll understand that we cannot always fill those appointments which results in a loss of income for your stylist.

  • Cancelling 24 hours prior to an appointment subject to 50% of booked service
  • Cancelling less than 24 before an appointment subject to charged 75% of booked service
  • No show or no notice will be subject to being charged full amount of booked service

These fees must be paid in full before any future appointment(s) will be booked. If this happens more than three times you will be on a walk-in basis or must put down a 50%, non-refundable, deposit for any appointment(s) made. Please understand you will still be charged according to our cancellation policy mentioned above if you do not show, in addition to the deposit. Call us today for more information.
